Lisa was raised in Columbus, Ohio, but has also spent time living in South Carolina and Australia before moving to Denver in 2004. She has extensive food service experience including small family-owned establishments, large corporate chains, hotels and catering for events as large as a PGA tour event. Executive Chef, Yolonda L. Nelson Yolonda (Yo.Yo) is the newest addition to the Y.Lo family. Earning her extensive knowledge in the culinary field with over 24 years of hard work in different states, she brings new ideas and culinary style to Y.Lo. Experienced in kitchen management and high traffic event like the National Western Stock Show, Yolonda showed us how easy it is to plate up for 100s of people with style. With brilliant gardmanger techniques, die hard work ethics and southern hospitality attitude, she sure bring Y.Lo Epicure to new heights, we welcome her with open arms. Chef Assistant, Andrea Rodriguez Andrea was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. She worked in the kitchen for over 3 years at Kiva Southwest Dining Restaurant. Andrea joined the Y.Lo Team in October of 2008 and has been a wonderful asset. |
