Going Green with Y.LO Y.Lo Epicure is now an Eco Friendly vendor! We continue to find ways to contribute to our environment. We offer 100% compostable materials to our clients including disposable lunch boxes, cups and cutlery made from US grown corn. Platters, Serving Utensils and Paper and Plastic bags are reused whenever possible. If you have plastic trays from past catered events, we will be glad to come by and recycle for your at no charge. Y.Lo Epicure is also committed to purchasing local and/or organic breads, meats and produce when available. Additionally, we provide a paperless office while offering ordering, invoicing and payments all online. Give us a call and we can tell you more about our program. |
